Where can I purchase Lucid Products?
Lucid apparel, merchandise and accessories are available in our Retail Studios and Service Centers. Please visit https://www.lucidmotors.com/locations to locate your nearest retail location.
Please note that product availability varies by location and time of year. Genuine Lucid product is sold online only at store.lucidmotors.com. Lucid product is not available via third party websites or marketplaces.
What payment options are available?
You can complete your payment when shopping online at store.lucidmotors.com with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping direct to your home, business address, PO Box and APO address in all 50 States. Applicable shipping and taxes will be displayed on the checkout page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are based on the size and weight of your order, your shipping destination and shipping method. Please review your total order at checkout to see the shipping cost of your order.
When will my order ship?
Most orders completed before 1PM CST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day via your selected shipping method. Orders completed after 1PM CST will ship the following business day.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping may be available based on your requested shipping location. After entering your address at checkout you will be able to select from the available options. Shipping fees are based on the size and weight of your order, your shipping destination and your shipping method.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to ship all orders out as quickly as possible, so we may be unable to modify your order once it has begun processing. Please contact us by phone at (888)-99-LUCID (58243) if you have concerns with your order.
How will I know when my order will be delivered?
After you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive another email with a tracking number to track your package.
Do I pay sales tax?
Lucid collects sales tax in all states and locations where required by law. The amount of tax will be shown on the checkout page after the correct shipping address has been entered.
Is there a warranty?
Most apparel and merchandise are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects. To start a warranty claim please contact us here: firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return an item?
Vehicle accessories and merchandise purchased from the Lucid online store may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the receipt date. Merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt and in original condition, tags and packaging included, or we won't be able to accept your return and issue a refund.
Once used, a product is ineligible for return. However, opened but unused products have the same return window but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Outside of warranty concerns, return shipping will be deducted from the return credit.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at (888)-99-LUCID (58243) or email@example.com and we will help you through the process.
When a return is initiated, you will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed once you have shipped it back to us. You can ship using your own carrier if you so desire.
If your return was due to product defect or warranty, the return shipping fee will not be deducted from your refund.
How can I learn about sizing?
Lucid offers a full range of sizes in men’s, women’s and kid’s products. We’ve included a size chart on each product page to provide you with specific measurement and size references for that specific product.
